I have always loved taking pictures from the time a received my first camera.
I bought my first high quality camera when my first son was born 10 years ago. I wanted to capture every moment. As my children have grown so has my love for photography. I still enjoy photographing my children and love capturing all of those special moments. In the past couple of years, I have also started taking photographs of objects around me.
I feel that there is beauty all around us and I love the challenge of capturing that beauty in an image. One of my favorite places to take photographs is in the garden. I enjoy trying to capture butterflies in their most natural state, sitting peacefully on a flower. The creative process is a gift in my life and a process it is to get that perfect shot!
